Detroit Living - Philip Houze

Tons of people are always asking me the best new places to live in Detroit, and there is more and more coming online that most people looking to move downtown aren’t aware of. I recently toured the new kid on Clifford Street downtown Detroit- Philip Houze. This is one of the Houze Living properties expanding the (highly demanded) residential offering in the city. A few important notes on the amenities: studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms available, washer/dryer in each unit, indoor gym, parking is an additional option, common space in the lobby with a pool table, coffee machine and outdoor grilling area, and a floor held for family/friends that are visiting to rent a room. Check out pricing HERE.

Some photos of my tour at Philip Houze and some of my favorite local spots to visit nearby are below!
