Two-starred Michelin Chef driven and just named the hottest restuarant of the year, need I say more?! Thomas Lents really outdoes himself with his menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. I would stay at the hotel just so I could eat at the restaurant all day. OK, that might be overkill but it really is that good. Have a martini with Two James vodka by the bar and soak in the electric crowd. Then head to your table and prepare to be blown away. If it's a special occasion, I recommend the Chef's Table, it will surely impress anyone.
